We are not good enough up front on both sides of the ball yet. Their offensive line should have a field day against our front 7. They will methodically drive it on us and hit big plays when we cheat to much to stop the run. Our offensive line will be to green that early in the season to have success against their front 7. They have a ton of experience in their front 7 on defense plus a 5 star freshmen on the d line that is looking great so far. We will have a hard time establishing the run and won't have much time to throw it. I think Iowa win easily this year, 35-17. If it was later in the year, I actually think we would have a good chance to win.

From everything I've heard from IC, Hawks are supposedly ++ on both lines. The linebackers will be some of the best in he Big Ten, and they have TE's again (!!!) that Ferentz Lite actually plans on using in the offense (!!!).
Couple that with the fact that we are in the "minimal expectation" phase of the moon again where Ferentz usually has his best teams and im fully expecting a Cyclone victory.
