I've tailgated at probably 20 places in the Midwest and it was near the top of the list. I'm guessing most of the SEC programs trump it though

Sorry, I will revise what I said. It is obvious you don't understand what good tailgating is.

For example I've tailgated lots of places and none of them are as fun as Iowa City because I am a fan of the Hawks and I know tons of people around us. I also have enough intelligence to understand that Nebraska's tailgating was more impressive then Iowa, so was Penn St., And Michigan as well. Now I think Iowa is right up there, but I don't think it surpasses those. ISU is only on par with these places in the mind of #ThoseFansinAmes Nobody else thinks Ames tailgating is even close.
