Yeah, game week articles. Doyle tweets out motivational quotes every days. The team is required to read a selected motivational book each summer. This year they are breaking down into groups of 10 and doing reports on them.
Everything Iowa does is about motivation and development. Posters aren't motivation. Coaches are motivation.

Numerous people outside of the program have access to the locker room for tours in the interest of fund raising and recruiting.
Now didnt the poster pic you are so fond of originally came from Chris Hassel? Gee I guess the media would have access to that area so I am going to go with Randy Peterson put it up at the request of Jamie Pollard and his "billboard" mentality.

Who knows who put that up and for how long. For all we know the players put it up, took a photo and took it down.
Iowa motivates it's players year round. Maybe that is why Rhoads sucked, he only motivated for the Iowa game. Hopefully CMC understand you have to constantly motivate players to get the most out of them. That is why Iowa is such a great developmental school, each game is the Super Bowl, and the players are constantly motivated.
If calling a player a Thug is a racial slur (which I never did, BTW). How in the world is calling someone a "fairy" not a homosexual slur? Homosexuals were put down and made fun of for years with that slur.
Yep, every game is treated with the same importance, you play 13 Super Bowls a year at Iowa.

If that's the case why don't they put up tweets, posters, etc for the other games instead of just the ISU one?
Check Doyle's twitter feed, they do. What I still can't find is where any Iowa coach has done what you claim they have done.

Why would I check Doyle's twitter feed? I highly doubt he puts up other teams posters on his twitter
He nor other Iowa coaches put up isu's poster until you can prove otherwise. Your pic from Chris Hassel still leads me to believe it was Randy Peterson who put it up at the direction of Pollard and his "billboard" mentality.
