You realize Babb was the inbounder on that play right?? Yeah it's Prohm's fault that he ended up getting the ball back. It's also Prohms fault that a 70+% FT shooter missed both.

Agree I had to fly the double bird on Matt's reception and tackle, but hey, they were both going for the ball. Now I know why the spread went to 3.5 in Tech's direction.

We made the tournament with the TCU win. Anything after that was for seeding.
Wait people are mad after a road win? The 5th road win this year. A win at a place that hasn't been kind to ISU. If you cannot be happy with being in 2nd place in the conference at this point in the season, not much can make you happy.

Plus Morris got fouled so hard with no call he was about to turn the ball over unless he passed it back. Should have been Monte taking FTs but he was dead tired anyway, guessing he splits them the way he had been shooting in OT. Not faulting him, just he was clearly gassed late.
I noticed a lot of people saying that the team played crappy down the stretch. I wouldnt say that at all. What are they saposed to do when getting hacked on offence and can't even breath on anybody without a foul on defence? Now we need to make more free throws but overall a good solid win.
And if Tech hits that 3 a split second earlier, everyone is on here ripping Prohm a new one. Goes with the territory of getting paid millions to coach big time ball.
We were very clumsy down the stretch, and I thought Babb did some good things for us. We just as easily could have lost that game as win it the way we handled the last few minutes (which it should not have come down to), and I'm going to blame the head coach nearly every time over a student athlete, that's for sure in those situations.
Great road win. For most of the game we played great. It was a little rough late but we pulled it out and that is all that matters. I think the officiating late in the game had some impact on our play. Just glad Tech didn't drive to the hoop on the last play, we all know it would have been an and one situation.
