RECRUITING: Cyclone picks up commitment from three-star DT Tucker Robertson

I'm frightened. Seriously frightened. Gonna have to be a new "jacked up" section devoted to his beheadings! When he hits you, seems you STAY hit for awhile.

I love this get. I liked when I say when his name first got brought up, but I hadn't heard anything recently. Glad we got another DL. He plays mean and I love it. Give him probably 2 years in the weight room and he could be a beast. He should easily be able to get to 285 290 with his frame at 6'3"

0:42 is amazing and tells me the type of player he is and i'm glad he'll be a Cyclone

That kid has meat hooks, once he got hands on the ball carrier they were done. I like the violence, but at some point you have to use your head. Plenty of time to learn that coming up though.

I saw plenty of plays where he was using his head, playing off blocks that he could have fought through, and holding his position rather than going for a fake by a ball carrier.

I feel like these videos should be automatically be sent to hickory park so they can plan accordingly.

Nice highlight tape. we were the furthest east school by two states . interesting how that works.

Welcome to the storm.

I think you know what I mean. His aggression goes both ways. Could amount to some costly personal fouls in the future.

Grace Bretheran is a small private school. I played high school football in so cal and we played some of the schools they play. Competition would be similar to 4a in Iowa. Most of the private schools go to the summer camps and network and wind up recruiting a few high caliber players. A second team player on a city school in LA often has division 1 talent and the private schools can sometimes recruit these players. I can't figure out why Grace didn't have any playoff games, guessing they had a recruiting violation or something.

I have often thought those smaller sections would be a great area for ISU to recruit. The larger California high schools provide a division 1 pipeline to the PAC 10 but there is still a lot of talent in the smaller divisions. I think Utah, BYU, UNLV and Boise State have pulled a lot of good players but we might be developing a new pipeline.
