ISU's last two recruits were 5.6 and 5.7, one chose ISU over Louisville, Missouri and Arizona State and the other chose ISU over Arizona, Arizona State and Oregon. Iowa's last recruit was some lowly two star. Recruiting is trending in different directions at the moment

I figured Iowa would push recruits to visit for Super Bowl Saturday. He's probably going to end up at Auburn or Louisville though

Agreed, Iowa may have a tough time getting this kid to leave SEC country.

You do realize that games played 30-40 years ago are irrelevant when looking at the current state of both programs. Look at the last 5, 10 or 15 years the series is very even.
