Tiny House Park in the Des Moines Metro (maybe not a million dollar idea)
Drastic changes to selling your house. No way should it cost $12,000 to sell a $200k house in this day and age.

I think a lot of people are realizing that. We are currently in the market for a home and most homes we are looking at that are of any value (within our price range) are FSBO.

One app pertains to a fantasy sports league I created with a friend that its currently all on excell. The other is more of a general idea.

If I had a million $, I'd probably buy 4 $250k houses. I could net at least $2000/month in rent on each house. That's $8k/month for life, minus expenses.

Of course there are ways to make more if you take a bigger risk, but I'm not much of a risk taker when it comes to finances.
