Good thoughts. I'm not sure how in depth voters go though , re our depth. Thinking the UNI loss is looking worse and worse. On the other hand, our wins keep looking better and better. Hoping for another tonight.
 
As an aside, we could actually have wins over 4 of the top 5 teams by week's end. Pretty cool, if you think about it.
 
Iowa simply has uthoff. Next year they will be a middling Big 10 team without him.

Call me crazy but I would have thought more people would be talking about this... I guess it must not be that big a deal to many.
 
Iowa is a fast team. They remind me of a Hoiberg-coached team. They get that ball inbounds and are on the other end so quick that teams are having a difficult time setting up their defense before Iowa even scores.
 
With some good luck and a 4-0 stretch against very good competition, Iowa State could get back to where it was preseason (#7) two weeks from now. #4 Kansas, @ #5 Texas A&M, #9 West Virginia, and @ Oklahoma State.
 
It's pretty amazing that by the end of the week we could have beaten four out of the top 5 teams.

At least after these next two we get a little bit of a break with WVU

Why is Wichita State overrated? They just blasted UNI at UNI..
 
Can someone please explain the MSU-boner with this poll, I get they came back and got a big W on Saturday against Maryland, they lost 3 straight prior to that, and 2 against non-ranked teams.... And only dropped 1 spot, short-term memory much???
