Props to Buddy Freakin Hield

I have seen a lot of basketball in my time as a Cyclone fan. Im 41 and have seen Danny Manny, derrick Cheavis, and a bunch other. Hield is one of the best i have seen at Hilton. Gonna miss seeing him play, however glad he is gone.

I think Hield has the same number of wins at Hilton as Danny Manning...so he's definitely up there with all time conference elites.

I am old enough to remember Anthony Peeler from Missouri, he was always lights out in Hilton. Buddy reminds me of Peeler and I think he played 10+ years in the NBA.

Buddy is unreal. I was really disappointed he didn't go pro last year, but now that we're done with them, I'm glad he came back. I still think OU is the team to beat in the Big 12.

Buddy is the best college player I have seen in a long time. That said, Derrick Chevious was more of a cyclone killer, far inferior player to buddy but Chevious killed us over and over.

Hield is unbelievable but Hield is OU. If he has an off night, OU loses. I can't say the same about ISU. Unfortunately, we have more team meltdowns than Hield has personal meltdowns.

Hield is the best player we will face all season. Thomas was like glue and he still gets 27. In my opinion Morris needs to go to the Matt Thomas school of foot speed this summer,
