Great win for Iowa but much st has played no one all year accept early ku which ku always loses early....always. MSU barely beat Oakland, minn and pen st. 3 horribly awful teams. MSU was exposed.
Iowa is playing great and hitting unbelievable % from 3. Live and die by the 3. Will they be able to maintain this shooting and play until March?

Kansas, Louisville, Providence and Florida. Not going to find many teams with better out of conference resumes.
Don't worry guys, our genius athletic dept has set it up so Iowa will have home court advantage in the NCAA.
That was dumb of Iowa St. And I'm not just saying that because Iowa is on their way there.
I get it, it's nice for you Des Moines folk, but it wasn't worth Iowa St helping Iowa or Kansas that much.
Honestly, I'm still of the belief that Wells Fargo isn't quite good enough to even have NCAA tournament games.

Lol. So I just woke up. Had a dream where we were top ten and completely fell out of the Top 25. At the same time, Iowa wasn't ranked and moved into the top ten. All in a span of like two weeks.
Best part of the dream though was that they totally got Hilton'ed by losing a 20 point lead to us late second half.

Maybe if ISU wasn't coming off two straight losses. Hard to say it makes them look better when they currently are losing.
It's in ISU's best interest for the tournament to be in Des Moines and for it to go very well the first time. It will make it much more likely for the site to be selected in the future without ISU as the host.
Easy answer. Hilton noise breaks down many teams and has for years. Major home court advantage.

I know I'm in the minority here, but I hope they keep winning. They have a bunch of Iowa kids (Jok, Woodbury, Uthoff, Gesell is practically one), and I admire their toughness and offensive skill. They'll be a tough out in the Tourney.
As my dad would always say after a game, "keep your dobbers up." We'll start winning again. There's two really good teams in this state. Stay positive my fellow CFers.

Basically, I'm ****** the NCAA didn't allow Drake to host it, when they had the chance.
It's OK to give other teams credit. This may be one of your worst arguments. They beat Louisville, Kansas, providence and Florida.
