Wooster leading Silver Lake College 56-14 at the half of their first game of the season. Granted, it's like Iowa State playing a d-2 team.
Well, we did actually have IUD's and The Pill. The bad news was those early pills had enough hormones in them to keep a dozen or more women from having getting pregnant but it was all into just one women's body. If your gal was on the pill back than and you weren't at least somewhat concerned about side effects you were kind of an ***.

Darn, lost at the end. I did end one game because guy couched and I rolled the ball over his back. Speaking of preventing pregnancy, dh was last guy left against 4 or 5 and he got two amazing catches and then ended the game with a very loud and painful sounding ball to the guy's erm, balls.
So in driving and jamming out to "Boom! Shake the Room!" by DJ Jazzy Jeff and the Fresh Prince and I'm singing along with singing "pump it up, Chris!" And I think, who the hell is Chris? His name is Will Smith. And I listen to the song repeatedly for more times than I'm willing to admit before I realize they're saying Prince. Yikes....
Read a blog about Guy Fieri and Anthony Bourdain's feud. Normally, I think they're both dumfuks...Fieri is a cartoon, tony's an emo hipster. But, I will give him credit...the statement that Guy Fieri is "if Ed Hardy ****ed a Juggalo"...that's pure gold, there.

sunuvafugginbich...Love der hund, but part of me wanted to murder the little fugger...went into the bedroom to find a pile of grass vomit about the size of a tupperware bowl on our bed, and it soaked thru the dog blanket, the comforter, sheets and mattress pad...thankfully stopping before it soiled the mattress as well. So, now doing the first of probably 3 loads of laundry for tonight. Ugg, fugg, I'm mad.
Bourdain can be a **** but his CNN show Parts Unknown is interesting which makes him a **** of some actual significance. He visits interesting foreign locales, chats with interesting people and eats and drinks cool stuff. There is some "there" in there. It's a travel show with social commentary with food and drink thrown in for fun.
Fieri is just another made for TV food goof, the kind that makes me wonder how the **** he gets paid to do this for more than one season. It's a cartoon show with a cartoon host.
For your American history extra credit, the booklet handed out to us students 40 years ago. :smile:
