So the seller of the house we are buying is a flipper and is hardly doing anything we asked for. He also was not going to take care of all the leaves that fell but graciously offered "they could hire is to do it". *******. Four of us spent to hours raking and blowing leaves to the street today and the pile is so high I am not sure CG could see over it.

There are also no window coverings so I am ordering $400 worth of those tonight. I can't wait for all this to be done.

I also had to type this all twice because the damn cat jumped up and hit the back button.

so question, when you have to wash off paint brushes and you're not supposed to put it down your septic system.............what are you supposed to do with the soapy paint water?

Wait until dark and pour it down the storm drain.

I'm reading CF with the TV on, and in a quick preview, an actor that's probably ESL says "You're not getting away with that". I heard "You're not gaining weight with that."

CoKane, sorry to hear about your friend. Best wishes on them fighting cancer.

Rulzzz, hope your dads' surgery goes ok Tues.

From what I've been told, warm beer sucks.

Depends on what you're going for...for 'refreshing'...you can't beat a cold beer, but...

The English seem to like it...

"warm" being relative...they drink at cellar temp, or high 50's/low 60's.

Depends. All of the German beers I like get better as they warm up.

Cold mutes both aromas and flavors, so as long as it's good beer, it will be more flavorful and more aromatic as it warms up.

Warm NOT being relative. It was room temperature. They also served coke in 6 oz bottles for 2 pounds, room temperature. I drank a lot of wine in England. I can handle THAT at room temperature.
