After the win over KU in 2014 we went online...bought two seats in the 11th row, Baylor end, at about the FT line on the press side. Best, closest seats I've ever had for a basketball game. Drove down that morning, drove home after the game. We had a blast!

2015 my sisters planned a freakin' vacation during conference tournament week. We were actually able to catch some of the games on the TV in our cabin...and saw the whole second half of the championship game vs KU. One sister & her hubby joined us. The other sis refused (she's a Longhorn, BIL is an Aggie).

PapaLew & I hope to go down for at least Friday & Saturday in 2016.
My parents drove over to pick me up in Wooster last year so we saw the end of the Texas game at this pub near school. I'm pretty sure we were the only one really paying attention to the game. We were driving back home the night of the Kansas game. We really started making our push as we got close to Des Moines so we missed our exit and stayed on the interstate until the game ended.

We just got invited to a neighborhood Halloween party too. We are going to friend's though, so we'll miss it. I'll tell you what's scary though, is we have all this candy because it seems like we have a lot of kids in the 'hood, and now it's supposed to rain. If it could stay dry until we leave at about 6:40, that'd be great. We don't need this candy sitting around!
If you don't need all of it, I know of a friendly neighborhood law student who could use it :wubclub:

blah, another annoying thing. New person talks to themselves. Quietly, so I don't mind too much. But they use that same tone of voice to ask questions. So you don't know until like halfway through the sentence that they are actually asking you something - because they also don't say your name first.

It'll quietly be like "so what am I looking for here/supposed to do?" Instead of "Cowgirl, I have a question for you when you have a moment."

I don't get asked too many questions, but I've listened to it happen about a dozen times to coworker today already. Coworker is like "what?" halfway through the sentence because they didn't realize they are being asked something.

I would certainly be willing to part with it, haha.

Wholesome All-American & law student are contradictory terms.

Why, yes, I work in a building full of lawyers*.

*the lawyers are generally pretty nice to me
But as my professors say, "this is the closest I'll be to not being an attorney again." I've only been here for 2 months, I'm not too tainted yet.

Its PC to be extra nice to the slow mail room guy.
This is pretty much me:

Speaking of taint....Mrs00 couldn't figure out why I couldn't stop giggling while she was reading a book to little00 before bed last night.

One of the characters was named Grundle.

I had to explain it to her later.
