I had forgotten Blue Cross doesn't do prescriptions. I know I never got a prescription card but I did some digging and found which company it is and had to call them to get my group id. You think that'd be on the website right next to my member id but nope.

The nice thing about it though is: if you go to the same pharmacy all the time they just scan the card into your records and you never have to have it on you again...unless you're traveling.
