Friday OT - Story Behind Your Screen Name

Mine is pretty self explanatory. Signed up the day I signed whatever papers it was to become an official student with my anticipated graduation year. Thankfully I did graduate in 2015 or it would've been awkward.
I was actually a part of a High School Sports forum in Ohio (Yappi) and my user name was basically the same (But with my with school mascot) with 2011 at the end.

mine was after "the magic hour" was cancelled. For those of you that lived under a rock from June 1998-Sept 1998, the magic hour was one of the greatest talk shows of all time. The show featured (obviously) Magic Johnson as the host and comedian Craig Shoemaker as the loveable sidekick. The show was untimely cancelled due to the lack of participation from black celebrities and the magic man him self was quoted as saying "their agents keep them off the black shows." I have lived every day since then fighting to get this gem of a talk show back on the air. I will not stop. I will not sleep. I will not give up. The Magic Hour will dawn again.

Janny was a Portuguese conquistador who oversaw a group of Brazilian settlements in the 16th century, known for his penchant for exiling criminals & lawbreakers into the Amazon wilderness. His rule was eventually ended by a civilian uprising that saw him brutally tortured and dismembered.

Mine is a quote from my ISU student son, who was whining because he had diffy q's in Town instead of Carver, which is obviously closer to Helser, especially at 8:00 a.m.
However, it also made me think, having seen some of those near empty games they have played in Carver-Hawkeye Arena with their pizza and bobblehead enticements, that perhaps that building would be suitable for math homework as well.

I came up with mine on a whim, although I've never been crazy about it. Tried to think of something that had CY in it and for some reason the Def Leppard song "Are You Excitable" popped into my head. So I shortened it to ruxCYtable and went with it. I think it's kind of dumb though.
