Hallice Cooke

It must be easy for Fred to coach this roster and game plan. :jimlad:

Morris - just go out and be the best PG in the nation, break your A:T record, and hit 40% from three

Cooke/Long - be the ball nununununununununununun oh it's in the hole

Nader - stop shooting threes--your job is now to suck down rebounds, lurk on the baseline, and maul some people on defense whenever you have the chance

Niang - you know those slow-motion spins and somehow having the best 3% on the team as a 4-5? yeah, do that

McKay - go out and dunk on some fools and do that thing where you block a shot but you're still, somehow, first down the court for the ensuing possession

Hopefully, this as well:

Burton - go out and use your God-given strength and athleticism to shut down the other team's best perimeter players, rebound, fill the lanes, and rain dunk on any fool who gets in your way.

Noskowiak/New Big- go out and not negatively affect the game until Niang/McKay/Morris can come back in.

When exactly was his last surgery? If he's just now beginning to get to go for 20 min of practice, thats not looking to great for Naz is it? I wonder what type of exercises he's been able to do though the past few months.. I'm sure he's had to get a lot stronger with lifting and such though right?

Something definitely just isn't right with this whole situation, something has to be going on behind the scenes that we don't know about.

Hallice had more severe injuries, so his was 6-8 months. The release is from Oct 23 so it took about 6.5 months for him to get where he is now. Naz recovery is expected to be 3-5 months so assuming the same timeline he will be where Hallice is at now before September.

Noskowiak - go out and be white chocolate.

I feel he will be a lazer 3pt sniper like Naz, look out with those two and the other guys the season is going to be bright!

3's were thin from cooke at the CCL, but have been hoping he would get better as he continued to recover. Between cooke, long, thomas, and ashton, I assume we'll find the hot hand.

Monte has steadily improved from 3 and is probably the best post-season 3 pt shooter in ISU history...at least at one point he was shooting some ridiculous over 50% in B12 and NCAA tourney games.

I think it'll be a very good 3 point team, will be curious if Prohm gives Nader, Burton or even McKay the green light.

Burton was good with the 3 at the CCL. Be surprised to see too many 3's from Mckay. Don't want to see him too far from the paint. As far as Nader, would love to see good 3 point percentage from him, but not holding my breath.

Halice is going to be amazing. If you were privileged to watch his games from his freshman year in the Pac-12 he was a stud. Can't wait to see him full speed and back at 100%.
