Iowa may be the easiest win on the schedule.

Watching their game today is like watching a game in mud. Their rb's are the least athletic group I've seen at a BCS level school in as long as I've watched football. They don't have a kicker, and their qb doesn't have the arm to threaten the middle of the field. He throws a bunch of short passes to guys that can't make anyone miss. I think we win next week.

Weisman dive, Weisman off-tackle. Weisman draw. Rinse, repeat. If EIU did that the whole game, they'd win easily.

But they won't. So we have a chance.

Has it ever occurred to you that maybe Iowa is a better team then they are showing today? RB's the least athletic you've ever seen? It's the same guys who played a lot for them last season and played good football in the process.

I expect Iowa to have fixed all their struggles next week. They'll run well, connect on all their passes, and make all their field goals... but only because they're playing us... they'll revert to form in their next game. This is how the universe operates for the Cyclones.

I would say they are very comparable. Ball St. is expected to be a pretty good team this year (MAC perspective), but they don't have a QB. Of course, Iowa doesn't either so it's been interesting to watch.

so this is the first day you've ever watched football?

I would say NDSU is better than Ball State. I would say NDSU could win the MAC this year.

I get what you're saying. Iowa looks bad today. They've had their best o lineman and d lineman get injured, and they can't kick. I think we can win, and if we want any shot at a bowl game, we have to win it.

No way ISU sees this Iowa team next week. That being said, their defense has holes, and their offense is overrated. and EL OH EL at that kicking game.

Also, ISU showing improvement today and Iowa showing decline is by far the best thing that could of happened for this upcoming rivalry week. I love this week like no other, and its nice when you know you have a chance.

LOL! That's what I was thinking...they will probably play like the Seahawks next week.
