I am really impressed with the way he recruits the state of Iowa.

The same as any other school. As long as they're making progress they keep him, when he stops they move on. Simple as that.

I agree, Fran is squarely on the hot seat if they don't make the tourney. However I don't see that happening. Hope I'm wrong!

The one where I take off my cardinal colored glasses. The guy has built a good program from the smoldering remains left behind by lickliter. They're a likely tourney team this year. Say they get there and win a game or two on the national stage. You think a big time east coast program isn't going to at least take note of a coach with east coast ties making a total overhaul of a program that was in the crapper?
