The next Hexagonal match for the US is tomorrow (Tuesday) night in Seattle. TV coverage will be on ESPN2 beginning at 8:30 central. Zusi will be out for for the match due to a 1 game suspension for yellow card accumulation, and Jermaine Jones is also out with the concussion he suffered against Jamaica.

How will this effect the lineup? If any at all? Also how has panama looked so far in qualifing? Been trying to get back into the loop but still a little behind, thanks in advance.

So who starts in the midfield?

Put Cameron in Jones's spot? Cameron at RB and move Evans into the midfield? Pretty sure Brad Davis will play so we can utilize him on set pieces since Zusi is out. What about Holden? Will he play? Can he play 90? Lineup will tell us a lot tomorrow.

I have been the first one in the past to call for the removal of J. Jones from the lineup, but I think we will miss him quite a bit. The dude has been great the past few games. G. Cameron showed a bit when he was subbed on last game so I think him and M. Bradley would be able to hold down the center midfield. I have no idea what Klinnsman will do to replace the service and usually good help defense that Zusi provides on the outside. We have a ton of CM's, so my guess is that Klinnsman will plug one of those guys out there or maybe move Dempsey out wide. He could also move B. Davis up and plug Cameron (if not playing for Jones), Castillo or Parkhurst as RB.

Panama is missing Blas Perez and I am grateful for that. He is a threat to score from nowhere and one of the most infuriating players to watch due to his theatrics on the field. I think we should win this pretty easily, but nothing has come easy so far in the Hex.

Panama has been the stingiest team in qualifying so far. Tactically speaking, I wouldn't expect tonight's match to be pretty. Panama will be perfectly happy to let the USA have the ball, defend deep, and then try to nick a goal or two off of quick counter-attacks. The US is going to have to be patient. There will probably be a lot of missed connections as Panama is going to force the US to try to create opportunities without much space to operate in the offensive half.

As for tonight's lineup, I'd expect JK to pair Cameron with Bradley. I thought Cameron looked solid in Jamaica in Jones' spot, and I also like the idea of Cameron offering protection in front of the back four and allowing Bradley to get forward and help the US attack. Kljestan would be the other option here, but I just don't think he's shown well enough in his previous opportunities to get the call.

I'm not so sure what's going to happen with Zusi's spot. Graham has played well lately and I don't think there are any clear cut options to replace him. You could go with Eddie Johnson out wide, use Brad Davis on the left and move Fabian Johnson to to the right. There's always the possibility that Dempsey slides out wide. I don't think any of these options are ideal, but let's hope Klinsmann has the magic touch.

Crowd should be rocking. Seattle might be our best soccer town.

If the MNT can win this one and the next qualifier against Honduras next Tuesday, they'll be sitting really pretty. They may even qualify in September before the last two qualification games in October.

Man that win in Jamaica was huge. Hope the boys can keep it rolling and get three more points tonight. If we would get that it sure would help take the pressure off.
