Worst names you have ever heard?

Carrie Hunt.

I went to elementary school with a girl with that name. I think I was in 3rd grade. Didn't figure out that it was funny until after she moved away, though.

I have a relative (female) named Dagmar Dague (pronounced Dag). A friend of my dad's asked him, "Who would name their kid that??" My dad's response, "A Dague."

Dagmar is an ancient Scandinavian name. It might not sound pretty to us but at least it is, in fact, a name as opposed to Apple or Barkevious.

I can actually take goofy names better than fad names. There are three boy children on my street (which is small) with the same fad name.

The worst that I personally know is a super hawk who named his kid, you guessed it...Hayden.

This. I was reading recently how there had been a huge jump in babies named "Katniss" this year. (I'm assuming it was nearly zero before) How big of a trend slave do you have to be to name your kid that?

What are the worst names you have ever actually heard of a real person? (Not counting Ima Hogg and La-a urban legends.) It can be a really weird one, or some of the "trendy" new made-up names that a lot of kids are now being named.

Poor Farnold Degand had it pretty rough. :( Whenever my husband and I would hear his name at a game, we'd say, "Hey, Faaarnold!" (like from the old Nickelodeon show).

(Please no insulting other members.)

Ima Hogg (July 10, 1882 – August 19, 1975), known as "The First Lady of Texas",[SUP][1][/SUP] was an American philanthropist, patron and collector of the arts, and one of the most respected women in Texas during the 20th century.[SUP][

It appears her father was Governor of Texas, way back when.[/SUP]

Had a good friend in college named Malvern Iles. Went by Mal.
