Anyone else think the camera movements were pretty awesome in this episode? Probably my favorite episode so far. Starting to get good.
I may be a little premature in saying this, but in a zombie apocolypse, I'd totally go gay for Rick.
Ready for my analysis? Shane was looking at it on the way in and on the way back. I think it kinda signifies Shane being a loner. The zombie needs others to survive and Shane was realizing that he's the same way.
I wonder if it comes into play when Rick and Shane both cut their hands to bait the walkers. They had to have gotten some of the walkers' blood on their hands after making those cuts. Not to mention, Shane cut his hand after killing a walker with the same knife.
Did you notice Shane with his reflection in the broken window (after he threw the large wrench), he looked like a zombie. I thought that was a great shot.
This episode was great, some stuff they like you to think about like the reflection I mentioned, the lone wandering zombie and then they just come right out and say stuff like Rick and say there are no rules anymore. The no more rules applies even to those thatt would have been 'good people' in the normal world.
My guess is it means nothing and they don't come back to it. They try to have these things that mean something really deep on this show and then never elaborate on it or never come back to it. They have a lot of ideas but they never follow through with the character development very well. Plus they just have too many characters. I cannot believe they are still on this farm.
As annoying and as poorly written and acted this show is I am still watching. Every week I think it is the last one for me, then it never fails, every Sunday I watch the 10pm episode. So they are doing something right, I mean something has to happen eventually in this show.
I dont get the 'why are they still on this farm'. Why would they go elsewhere? Its the safest place theyve found yet, and theyre not just going to pack up and wander the dangerous world without a reason. I think ultimately a reason will develop, but it'll have a pay off to it. Otherwise you'll just run into the 'new destination of the week'. They've been good at paying off some other things well. Look at the sophia search.. everyone ******* about that, but i think the length of that really made it that much more powerful when they finally found her in the barn.
I agree with everything here. Some parts I greatly enjoy then there are scenes like the one with Andrea and Lorie that I can't even watch.
Yea. Lori's 'the men are handling the zombies' was definitely cringeworthy, but Andrea was ******* me off too.
