Hell, I've had experience at small airports like that for years. You probably can park right next to the "terminal" building walk right in and stand on the tarmac without anyone blinking an eye. It's not like a real airport

how about you just get there around when the plane is supposed to land. Check it out, and take note of whatever you see.

I feel so welcome here. I promise I went to ISU.

It's a public airport and a small plane. There won't be that many people and they will likely all be going the same place. See if they have any identifiers...logos, etc. Then see what vehicle they get in...ISU, state plates, etc. If you are REALLY good just follow them and see where they go. We also need to see if it leaves tonight and where it goes, probably back to Oakland but you never know so watch the tracker.
