Some frat or something has shirts with Osama on the front and underneath is written "Gotcha *****" (female dog). On the back it says don't **** with America. Hilarious.
Some preppy, Chicago girl was chastising me for humping the front right tractor tire on the John Deere tractors that run the trolley. In her whinny, preppy, country club judging voice, "Only at Iowa State would someone hump a Tractor." **** her.
I was in the student section the other night and I had a panter fan to my right and in front of me, they were very civil. They hardly even cheered when their team did something, just clapped a little. They knew where they were and they weren't being douchebags.
So thanks UNI fans in the student section for not being ********.
Not really a voice more of a sight. I'm in the student section. Guy in front of me is an ISU student wearing a UNI shirt. I glance down at his arm and see a Hawkeye tattoo. I don't mind Hawk fans that come to ISU for school, and cheer for them that one game, but I mean come on, do you have to hate ISU so much that you cheer against them every game?
I am curious to know how he proposes to fit the crowd of 54,000 into that dump that only seats 16,000.I sit along the isle in section 1 and in section 2 there was a drunk 40 year old Panther fan wearing a polo annoying as hell. He kept doing the first down thing. Talking trash. The guy could barely stay on his feet. He was complaining how chicken ISU was and that they should play at the dome and it's not fair they have to play at JTS cause it was such a terrible place to play.
Yup... UNI fan thinking the dome is better then JTS. What a joke they are.
Also some UNI kid walking back to their tailgate area was ****** that UNI went for 2 after their last score. He was convinced that if they would of XP that we would be going to overtime. When his buddy tried to explain that ISU won by only 1 was because they didn't convert on their 2 pt conversion attempt. The clueless kid said, "yeah we should of gone for the XP, it would of been tied"
When it comes to high school playoffs it is a high school stadium :twitcy:I am curious to know how he proposes to fit the crowd of 54,000 into that dump that only seats 16,000.
Seriously, the UNI-Dome nothing more than a glorified high school football stadium.
I was wondering what you guys were chanting when the State Troopers showed up.I was sitting in section 17, and the guy with the vuvuzela-like horn was on the edge of 18. Event staff was trying to take the horn. The guy with the horn was kind of belligerent, and suddenly there were 5 security/police men there. The crowd all started booing the security people and chanting "We want the horn!" This was all happening when Shontrelle was down injured late in the first half. By the fourth quarter, the horn was back and the crowd was loving it.

It is kinda cool....just because it's a dome. That's too much credit, there are plenty of HS stadiums that are nicer than the UNI-dome. The UNI-Dome IS a high school stadium.
