NOW GO PRACTICE AND LET'S BEAT THE SQUAWKEYES NEXT WEEK!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That is hands down one of the worst displays of football that I've ever seen out of an ISU team, and that's saying something when you consider my age.

The beauty of it is, these types of games usually end in horrible, embarrassing losses.

This one was a win, so I'll take it.

Close calls can often make a team better. How many times have teams had close calls like this the week before a rivalry game and gotten better from it? Plus, UNI is a great FCS team with tons of speed and they played a perfect game in the rain. I am not calling the season over yet. There were lots of things that need to improve, but they got it done....

Yeah, UNI is the real deal. We didn't play our best, but they are tough.

ill be the first to admit that ISU played a ****** game BUT c'mon it was the first game of the year with a new starting QB, RB, C, and even TE. At least we won. VA tech lost to freakin james madison last year and they went to a BCS bowl!!! so i dont think its time to panic yet... lets wait til after iowa for that at least

VanderKamp player of the game. Season is over and we will see you all in the Missouri Valley next year. :swoon:

Take that, UNI. **** you. Can we please stop playing them???

If you play a real good UNI team its just a matter of time before you make just enough mistakes to win the game...

Its time to drop UNI and play someone else who doesnt have an extreme hatred for ISU in the non conference opener....

Clones by One ...take that panthers and have a good night!!

UNI is a good team but getting whooped in the trenches on both sides of the ball is cause for concern. The LBs and DB's played pretty solid for the most part, every other unit needs major improvement to even be competitive next week.

UNI tried a hook and ladder and ISU came up with it. took a knee for the win!

Glad to hear it! Hopefully ISU can clean some things up before next Saturday. I've been expecting a pretty competitive game, and especially since I may be in attendance, I'd hate to be disappointed.

I will agree - in my ISU history we have almost always found ways to lose these games.

Do they sell discipline at the book store? If so, PR might wanna pick some up for 1/2 the team. There were some pretty embarrassing parts to the night.
