I just hope I wouldn't be watching them beat ISU with said sunglasses on. Most of those guys are pretty well regarded nationally.

Eh, Gesell is a 4 star kid as of now without really any offers of note. From what I've read the reports on him as being a solid SG prospect, but if Iowa has to play him at the point they may be screwed. Really benefited from having Marcus Paige on his team.

Wow. Stay classy.

Did he benefit from Paige or did it hurt him, as Paige's presence limited his opportunities to play PG? I know he played well at several recent tourneys without Paige. In addition, word has it that he got inquiries from other schools of note but they were rebuffed early on. I'm not claiming Duke or NC level schools, mind you.
 
Duke has some of the goofiest looking white players around, but I would take Kyle Singler and the Plumlee brothers in a second.

I don't care what anyone looks like as long as they can play.

Staying classy in regards to Iowa? You have to be joking.

I have one feeling towards Iowa and that falls into the **** 'em category.

I've not seen him play, but from what I've heard, he doesn't do anything at an elite level, but he does everything well. He doesn't sound like an elite recruit, but a guy that can be a very important and solid contributor at the high-major level.

I'm not that high on Singler. He's a great energy guy, lots of hustle, but he's an overrated talent. Average shooter at best in big games.
 
Gesell got a lot of positive comments based off his performance at the NBA top 100 camp. I guess offers are the only measuring stick when it comes to competing with the top recruits in the country.:confused:
