Do yourself a favor and stab yourself in the ears instead of listening this morning. Most painful 15 minutes of radio I've ever listened to while driving in this morning.

That's what I got for the 5 minutes I listened before switching to Mike and Mike.
On an overall "Travis and Tim" review: It's pretty bad. It's boring, they talk about nothing original, have no more insights than Larry Cotlar, and it makes for pretty bad radio.

Is there a reason KXNO keeps hiring people who's priorities and loyalties are in another market about 140 miles west?
Now imagine Travis Justice paired with Matt Perrault for 2 hours every day, and you'll have an idea what Omaha listeners were subjected to not so long ago.
At least they'd be talking about what you'd expect them to be talking about.
I would listen to Perrault from time to time when I lived in that area and thought he was OK. Either I wasn't listening enough or he's a lot better when he has a vested interest in what he's covering.
I heard Miller talking yesterday (Matt on vacation) about how Matt is so good he'll be gone from this market soon. Found that interesting.
HAHA good stuff here. I usually give Tim and Travis a shot each morning but usually turn it after 10 min. This morning was horrible, couldn't take a call! The guy was gonna talk about sport betting I believe, who the hell wants to listen to that in the morning?
I kind of get tired when it comes to all the complaining directed at local radio personalities, but on the other hand, the Des Moines market has had more than a few turd sandwiches shoved down its collective throat.
Travis and Tim seem like nice guys that mean well, but there is nothing interesting about either of them. Their show is awful and there is absolutely no reason to listen to KxNO until the Dan Patrick show starts.

I've listened a handful of times when I happened to be in the car during their time slot. In my listening, it has peaked at mediocre, and that was once. It's normally below average and occasionally horrible. KXNO is stuck in park because it doesn't have the revenue to improve.
I listen every morning on my way to work. It happens to be 6 AM, today i listened to 25 minutes and not a mention of sports at all. This show is a disgrace to sports radio KxNo please change this show. The guys seem nice and respectful and at times funny, but it's not working. The two do not mesh well and appear to not have the kind of friendship needed to make interesting radio.
There were 3 in-state basketball games last night, and a bowl game if anyone cared. Maybe we could talk about those.

Hope my criticism doesn't get translated to hatred for the guys themselves.
I usually turn it on about 6:15 on the way to work. At that time this morning, one of them was talking about administering meds for inducing contractions. I switched to another channel, similar to most mornings. Deace and Miller were the best. Sorry that they left.
