Kansas City residents - Question regarding transit

For those of you, if any, that ride any of the KCATA vehicles what is your perception about the cleanliness of the vehicle?

Most importantly, the condition of the windows and glass surfaces in the buses or rail cars. Do you notice graffiti or etching?

There is no light rail, only bus. As stated in your article:

In 2008, voters defeated a proposal to fund a light rail line from Vivion Road and North Oak Trafficway to Bruce R. Watkins Roadway and 63rd Street.*

Translation: KC will never have a light rail or streetcar system. The MAX bus is fairly clean, at least the minimal times I've been on it. Your typical etching is to be expected.

Thanks for the input. Didn't really read the link, just figured since "Light Rail" was one of their 6 main tabs on the homepage meant there was a light rail.
