Wow, guess GM knew the writing was on the wall at ISU and didn't want Doug to walk on here and be caught up in it.

Can't blame Doug for wanting out of his UNI LOI, but that sucks for UNI to lose a scholarship player to a conference rival.

Per Perault talking to CW.

Cause Gmac didn't think ISU would retain him for the the time Doug was playing college ball. Perault telling CW that that info wasn't to become public yet and mentioned that Jacobsen and UNI administration might not know yet. I call BS since Gmac and jacobsen are buddies that surely Gmac called and talked to him about it.
