I got back into Ames around 9:00 tonight and noticed that all the lights were on at JTS. I drove over to see if I could figure out what was going on and noticed a few people leaving the area that appeared to be athletes, but I caught the tail end of whatever was happening because they shut everything off shortly after. My best guess is that the football team practiced or had some type of event under the lights tonight. If thats the case I like it. Get the team ready for the big time by practicing big time. Anyone have any confirmation as to what was going on though?
