In absence of ABC (which was really MJ carrying the group), I'll vote for my second fave Billie Jean...
Love this video and its parody. Clicking in the video screen worked for me. When I hit play it didn't FWIW.

I could've voted for about half of these. I went with Billie Jean because it probably holds up better today than anything else. Ben has always been one of my favorites if for no other reason than the weird movie it's associated with.
I went with Off The Wall.
That album doesn't get near the respect it deserves.

I remember the first time I heard the album (yes, Im old) on a high quality stereo. It sounded so cool and original.
Inspite of all his weirdness, Michael could sure churn out some good music.

You forgot the Kid version to the Bad video, which I enjoy much more than the Weird Al version.

Billie Jean is probably a better legacy song, but Beat It gets my vote. The inclusion of Wesley Snipes in Bad puts it close too.
