DALLAS — Iowa State released its updated depth chart on Tuesday morning at the Big 12’s media days at the Omni Hotel in Dallas but there wasn’t much news to come with it.

As expected, the word “or” separated Grant Rohach, Sam Richardson and Joel Lanning at the quarterback position. That is a competition that will be held when fall camp begins in a few weeks.

One change on the released depth chart included the addition of senior nose guard Brandon Jensen, who was not a part of the program when the last one was released in the spring. Jensen, a 6-foot-5, 301-pound fifth-year senior, is listed as a co-starter with sophomore Devlyn Cousin.

Also, sophomore Luke Knott is back on the depth chart for the first time since last fall. Knott, who recovered all off-season from a hip/groin injury that required surgery, is listed as a co-starter at WLB with senior Jevohn Miller

Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads’ press conference will begin at 10:30 today in Dallas. Of course, keep refreshing CycloneFanatic.com for breaking news from the event. For up to the minute updates, follow me on Twitter @ChrisMWilliams.
