AMES — It took less than three months for T.J. Otzelberger to get a $45,000 raise.

That’s the upshot (most of it anyway) gleaned from his contract — which was reworked because Steve Prohm took over the head job from Fred Hoiberg.

Otzelberger agreed to a $230,000 contract in April, when he  rejoined what was then Hoiberg’s staff.

His current contract, which Iowa State revealed per an open records request, along with those of fellow assistants, calls for $275,000 in base annual compensation.

Not a bad turn, especially considering the state of limbo he entered when Hoiberg left to take the Chicago Bulls job.

But there’s also minutiae. Some of it’s interesting. If you care to read the fine print, find it and more below (for Otzelberger, William Small and Daniyal Robinson). Small and Robinson are slated to make $235,000.

Incentives of the usual type are included in all of these contracts, of course.

 Enjoy.
