According to a source, Iowa State head coach Paul Rhoads recieved a verbal commitment on Sunday morning. 

Kamari Cotton-Moya is that man. Cotton-Moya is listed on his Rivals.com profile as a 6-foot-1, 185-pound defensive back out of Bakersfield, Calif. 

Cotton-Moya officially visted Iowa State over the weekend. Accoring to his Rivals profile, Cotton-Moya held additional offers from Fresno State, Nevada and Utah State. He is the 23rd known commitment in Iowa State’s 2013 class.
