Spots are filling up fast for the August 16 Cyclone Fanatic / We Will golf outing – here’s all the information to sign up courtesy of Brent Blum:

Greetings all! Wanted to share some details on the Cyclone Fanatic/We Will golf outing and encourage you to sign up and tell your friends. We will be having a four person best shot on Wednesday, August 16th at Lake Creek Golf Course in Storm Lake. Shotgun start at noon. Registration is $125 per person and includes dinner and prizes and the social with men’s basketball players that evening. $90 of that amount will go to supporting We Will!

Reservations can be be made by calling Lake Creek at 712-732-1548 and ask to sign up for the Cyclone Fanatic golf outing. Payments can be made the day of the outing. Teams of four or individuals are welcome to sign up and we can pair accordingly.

If you are interested in sponsoring a hole with your business at a donation of $250 please reach out to me at [email protected]. Hope to have as many Cyclones as possible, we can take up to 36 teams! Thank you all for your support.

Connor will be covering women’s basketball for Cyclone Fanatic during the 2018-19 season. He is currently a junior enrolled at Iowa State and is studying journalism at Iowa State’s Greenlee School of Journalism. Connor also covers a variety of sports around the state of Iowa, including Indoor football and motorsports for Last Word on Sports. He also appears on-air four times a week covering high school football for 1460 KXnO, college football for his own podcast, and professional sports for 88.5 KURE – Iowa State’s student radio station.
