Former Iowa State linebacker Colby Reeder will get a shot at a 53-man roster this summer, as he earned a rookie camp invite from the NFL’s New Orleans Saints.

Reeder, who came to Iowa State for his final season of college football from Delaware, made eight starts during the 2022 season and sat out four games due to injury.

He finished the year seventh on the team with 38 tackles including 4.5 tackles for loss.

Reeder led the team in takeaways during the year, finding two interceptions and recovering a fumble.
