Former Iowa State quarterback Brock Purdy revealed on a podcast Monday that he’s been working on throwing left-handed throughout the off-season.

During a segment on New HeightsTravis and Jason Kelce’s podcast –

“That’s all I’ve- yeah, man,” Purdy said on the show. “I was telling all the guys – we just got back today for OTA’s. (I’ve) just been throwing the ball lefty around the house and stuff. (I’ve) got to be ready for anything at this point.”

Purdy helped lead the San Francisco 49ers to the NFC Championship game, before an injury to his UCL dampened the team’s shot to ride the rookie to the Super Bowl.

The former Cyclone is preparing for his sophomore season in San Francisco as he continues to rehabilitate the injury.
