Former Iowa State Cyclone Osun Osunniyi is headed to Belgium to continue his career with Limburg United of the BNXT League.

The post standout took the final roster spot with the team when he signed on Friday.

The team, founded in 2014, was crowned Belgium Cup champions for the first time during the 2021-22 season and bill Osunniyi as “the athletic five our team was looking for for next season.”

Osunniyi spent his summer league stint with the Washington Wizards, collecting 11 points, 12 rebounds, two steals and a block across two games played.
