Iowa State earned a commitment from a place kicker out of Nebraska on Wednesday night.

Chase Contreraz announced the decision over his social media accounts:

During his time with Nebraska, Contreraz was 11-11 on extra points and 2-4 on field goals with a long of 39 yards.

He will have at least two years of eligibility remaining.
