Former Iowa State Cyclone Tyrese Haliburton has been raising eye brows around the NBA throughout the season, doing so again despite a loss on Monday night.

In a 147-143 loss to the Philadelphia 76ers, Haliburton put down 40 points and 16 assists.

It’s the third-straight game that Haliburton has tallied 29 points or more, as he reached the mark on Sunday along with 11 assists and last week when he scored 32.

Georges Niang also played 11 minutes for the 76ers, scoring five points, two assists and a rebound.

The Pacers currently sit two games out of a play-in spot for the postseason in the Eastern Conference standings.
