Iowa State’s Xavier Hutchinson was given second team all-American honors by CBS Sports and 247 Sports on Tuesday as the company announced its teams, officially.
Hutchinson finished the season with a program record 107 receptions for 1,171 yards and six touchdowns on the season for the Cyclones.
The wideout caught the game winning pass in the 2022 Cy-Hawk game that eventually helped Iowa State to beat its in-state rival for the first time at Kinnick Stadium since 2012.
Hutchinson exits Iowa State after three seasons on the field. The entire all-American teams can be found here.
