Former Cyclone Breece Hall told reporters this week that he is the best running back in the draft.

He’s proving it on Day 2 of the NFL Combine.

Hall ran a 4.44 in the 40-yard dash at the draft prospect event, one of the top times in the class.

Hall completed the day with a 40-inch vertical leap and a 10-foot, 6-inch broad jump.

The vertical was the highest mark of any of the prospects at the event.

Note: Hall opted not to participate in the bench press, so that lifting didn’t affect his 40-yard dash time.
