Iowa State got back on track this week with a pair of victories to retain possession of first place in the Big 12, and its ranking followed suit.

The Cyclones moved up to No. 11 in the latest release, being one of five Big 12 programs included in the poll.

No. 9 Baylor is the highest rated of the Big 12 schools ahead of No. 13 Texas and No. 18 Oklahoma.

On Wednesday, Iowa State will welcome No. 25 Kansas State to Hilton Coliseum, for a rematch between the two teams from the Cyclones’ late comeback win in January.

Kansas State’s roster contains one of the best players in the country in Ayoka Lee, who set the record for most points scored in a game with 61 earlier this year.

It’s part of a pair of games this week at Hilton for the team with Oklahoma State visiting on Saturday.
