After suffering its first loss of the season on Saturday to top-ranked Baylor, Iowa State men’s basketball dropped just outside of the top-10 in the newest Associated Press Top-25 released on Monday.

The Cyclones now come in at No. 11 ahead of another top-25 game on Wednesday at Hilton Coliseum with No. 25 Texas Tech.

It’s the sixth-straight week the program has been ranked in the poll.

A total of five Big 12 schools were ranked, with No. 1 Baylor, No. 6 Kansas, No. 14 Texas and No. 25 Texas Tech joining the Cyclones.

Two teams in the conference, Oklahoma (71) and West Virginia (6) received votes.

Iowa State and Texas Tech are scheduled to tip at 8:00 p.m. CT on ESPNU on Wednesday. The Cyclones will also visit Oklahoma on Saturday.
