Three players from the Iowa State Football team entered the transfer portal on Tuesday joining the addition of Tarique Milton to the list from earlier in the week.

Jaquan Amos, Virdel Edwards and Ar’Quel Smith have each entered their names into the transfer portal following the 2021 regular season.

Amos was a transfer from Villanova and played safety for the Cyclones, appearing in three games this year and totaling two tackles.

Edwards, also a safety, redshirted in his initial season with Iowa State in 2019 before appearing in seven games for the team over the past two years.

Smith, a linebacker from Naples, Florida, spent two seasons with the Cyclones but did not see the field during his time in Ames. He was a former 3-star recruit.
