As part of the week for the Big 12 women’s basketball preseason – the conference releases its poll on the expected order of finish.

Iowa State is picked second, behind Baylor, with one first-place vote out of a possible 10.

Texas accrued the same amount of points in the poll as the Cyclones and holds the second spot with Iowa State, right ahead of West Virginia.

The Cyclones open their season with an exhibition game against Wisconsin-River Falls on November 4 at Hilton Coliseum.
