The Big 12 athletic directors have reportedly approved a revised scheduling plan for the 2020 college football season.
The Athletic‘s Nicole Auerbach and Max Olson reported the league has agreed to a nine conference game plus one non-conference contest schedule during the athletic directors meeting Monday evening.
Auerbach also added that the non-conference game will have to be a home game for the Big 12 school, but no further details are currently available on when the season will start or how those non-conference opponents will be decided.
The Big 12 was the last of the Power 5 conferences to announce a revised plan as they had been working towards a 12-game schedule was late as last week with some schools, including Iowa State, scheduling games to replace ones lost to the other Power 5 leagues making changes to their plans.
Stay tuned for more as further details become available.
