Cyclones dominant during second game in Italy

SIENA, Italy – Michael Jacobson finished with 19 points and Tyrese Haliburton posted a strong all-around performance as Iowa State defeated the Siena All-Stars, 94-40, Thursday on the second stop of its Italian Tour.

Haliburton joined Jacobson in double figures with 10 points, while also pulling down six rebounds, dishing out seven assists and grabbing a team-high five steals.

George Conditt was the only other Cyclone in double figures with 10 points on 5-of-6 shooting.

The Cyclones had 23 steals to overcome 5-of-27 shooting behind the arc. Siena shot just 14-for-55 from the field.

Iowa State returns to action Saturday at noon (CT) when it faces the Ivory Coast National Team in Vicenza.
