AMES, Iowa – Iowa State sophomore Tyrese Haliburton and his USA Basketball teammates begin play Saturday, June 29 at the FIBA U19 World Cup in Heraklion, Greece.

Team USA has been placed into Group A alongside Lithuania, New Zealand and Senegal. The United States opens play against New Zealand on Saturday at noon (CT) and then faces Lithuania on Sunday, June 30 at 9:45 a.m. (CT). Group play concludes Tuesday, July 2 with an 8 a.m. (CT) showdown against Senegal.

Following the group stage, all teams advance to the Round of 16. Tournament play begins Wednesday, July 3 and runs through Sunday, July 7.

All games will be available on the International Basketball Federation’s (FIBA) YouTube page.

Team USA Schedule

Saturday, June 29 @ Noon (CT) – vs. New Zealand
Sunday, June 30 @ 9:45 a.m. (CT) – vs. Lithuania
Tuesday July 2 @ 8 a.m. (CT) – vs. Senegal
Wednesday, July 3 – Tournament Play Begins
