Junior college linebacker Caleb Johnson has decommitted from Iowa State’s 2019 recruiting class. The 6-foot-1, 215-pound three-star prospect announced his decision on Twitter late Tuesday night.
Johnson committed to the Cyclones on July 7. He has since picked up several offers from Power 5 schools, including Texas. The Fullerton College prospect is scheduled to officially visit Arkansas later this month.
The decommitment leaves Iowa State with 20 commits in the 2019 class, one of them being a linebacker, three-star prospect Aric Horne.
