Iowa State has landed a commitment from South Dakota offensive lineman Grant Treiber. The three-star prospect announced his decision on Twitter Friday night.
Treiber chose the Cyclones over offers from Oregon, Minnesota, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma State and several other programs. He is rated as the No. 728 player in the country and No. 67 offensive tackle in the 2019 class. The 6-foot-6, 280-pound prospect is considered the No. 2 prospect in the state of South Dakota.
Treiber gives Iowa State 19 commitments in the 2019 recruiting cycle with only a few spots left in the class entering fall camp next week. He is the fourth, and more than likely final, offensive line commit in the group that currently rates as the No. 26 class in the country.
